How much power does a B300 server need?
NVIDIA rates the DGX B300 at about 14 kW. In 8-GPU HGX servers each GPU runs at up to 1,100 W.
B300 or B200?
B300 has 288 GB per GPU against B200’s 180 GB. If your models are memory-bound, B300 means fewer servers; otherwise B200 often arrives sooner.
When can I get a B300 server?
