Financing

Pay for GPU servers over time.

Finance the purchase through your bank or an equipment-finance lender. We provide everything they need to approve it, and the server goes live at Yotta when the money lands.

An 8-GPU server with its lid removed.

How it works

Quote, approval,
delivery.

  1. Quote

We spec the server and issue a proforma invoice your lender can work from.

  2. Approval

Your bank or equipment-finance lender approves the loan or lease against it.

  3. Delivery

Payment milestones match the lender’s disbursement. The server ships to Yotta and goes live.

Tax

Finance it, depreciate it.

A financed server is still your asset. Depreciate it at 40% a year while you pay it off. Worked example.

Paperwork

What lenders get from us.

A rack of GPU servers.

Collateral

An asset lenders can see.

A financed server sits in a Tier IV or 220 kV-fed facility, with serial numbers, condition and maintenance on record. That makes it simple to document for a lender.

Questions

Can I finance a GPU server in India?

Yes. Banks and NBFCs offer equipment loans and leases for servers. A hosted server in a Tier IV facility, with serial-level records, is straightforward collateral to document.

Do you lend the money?

No. Your lender finances the purchase. We supply the hardware, the paperwork lenders ask for, and the hosting.

Loan or lease?

A loan puts the server on your books from day one. A lease spreads cost and can end with a purchase option. Your CA can say which suits your tax position.
